Bespoke Horse Bandages

Bespoke Bandages offers unique, professional and affordable products for horses and riders who want to stand out in the yard and at competitions. Lorna s902463289753360574_p65_i2_w2560Cartlidge launched the company in 2012 following 10 years working in the professional show jumping industry. “Growing up with horses, I knew that owners and riders do not have to be competing at the very highest levels to love what they do.

Everyone wants to look their best for competitions and to display their own personality,” says Lorna. “All the professional stables have their own logo and matching equipment, from banLorna-1dages, rugs and saddle pads through to stable drapes, clothes and boot bags,” she continues, “but there is no reason why other riders shouldn’t have this too. So I set about developing Bespoke Bandages.”

The company now offers a range of products that can be used by dressage riders, show jumpers, those involved in showing, and those who just ride for fun. “We started with our signature bandages. We create these from scratch using high quality fleece that can be personalised using embroidery, badges and sparkles,” explains Lorna. “Other products are sourced through reputable wholesalers and bespoked to order.” This enables the company to provide riders and owners with a daLorna-4zzling range of options to personalise their kit to whatever extent and in whatever way they choose, from preparation products, such as plaiting aprons, through to show essentials such as stable drapes. “The company has developed along with the imaginations of our customers,” says Lorna. “They are brilliant at coming up with new ideas, and we always go the extra mile to deliver wherever we can.” “Popular designs include logos and initials – often with some diamante for that extra razzle dazzle! And white bandages are, of course, popular with dressage riders. But no two sets are the same and I love each and every one we produce!’
