Amai has Retired – Michael Whitaker’s longtime horse Amai, by Nonstop x Bacara, has now been retired from Showjumping.
After a successful career with Michael Whitaker the 16 year old gelding, owned by Beatrice Mertens, will now be enjoying retirement at the Whitaker’s yard here in the UK!
Amai is recognised not only for his competition record, but also for his impressive pedigree, but with titles such as Grand Prix winner in Aachen 2012 and World Cup winner in 2009 and 2010, it is no wonder he is well known!
